From a small farm town with a population of 630 to the United States Air Force, from racing stock cars to building hot rods, and from building custom homes to managing a multi-million dollar sales territory, my road to a career as an Interior Designer in Kansas City has been a long, winding, unconventional one full of invaluable lessons learned and experiences gained.  There are a few values that really get engrained in you after being in the military that seem to translate well to the field of interior design; most notably that you don’t cut corners, attention to detail is paramount, and you must be accountable.

I bring a no-nonsense approach to interior design.  I do what I say when I say I'm going to do it, and I bring a fire and passion to everything I do.  I thrive on solving problems and meeting a challenge head-on.  Very few things are as rewarding to me as identifying a shortcoming or problem, and creating a realistic solution to it.  And while it is said that a great designer has no taste other than that of their client, I admit I like to keep it simple and believe everything should have its place.

My education in interior design, combined with my diverse background and passion for problem solving and decorating, position me as an unconventional design professional fully capable of taking your project vision and making it a reality.
